Posted By ccontreras on July 7, 2023
Please be advised that the Board of Directors has contracted with City Service Paving for a needed asphalt slurry seal, red curb painting and parking space re-striping. The project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 18th and conclude the following day on Wednesday, July 19th. See the attached notice and map of schedule.
RESIDENTS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO DRIVEWAYS AND GARAGES ON THE DAY THEIR AREA IS BEING WORKED ON. SEE MAP FOR DETAILS.
Also, a secondary notice will be placed on all individual garages three (3) to five (5) days prior to asphalt commencing on that street/section of HOA.
DAY 1 & 2 (SEAL COAT & STRIPING)
Residents are instructed to park their vehicles on city streets from 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18th and again on Wednesday, July 19th. Cars may return to the property by 5:00 pm each day. Driveways, garages, all roadways and parking must be clear. Management is working on finding parking close by as a courtesy to Residents.
Please be advised that deliveries, i.e., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc. will NOT be permitted on the property during the project. Please have your deliveries scheduled outside of this timeframe or delivered to a location off-site. NOTE: Trash Day during this week will be rescheduled.
PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
1. Do not walk or drive on asphalt until notified by City Service Paving.
2. Residents are to be careful turning their wheels, as the asphalt will remain tender for approximately 1 day after installation. Vehicles should continue to roll while turning wheels and avoid turning wheels while sitting still.
Please contact City Service Paving if you have any questions or concerns: Office (714) 632-6610
