We are writing to inform you that Antis Roofing & Waterproofing will begin roof maintenance starting on Monday, January 27th, 2025, weather permitting. The estimated completion time for this project is approximately 1-2 weeks.

To ensure the process is as smooth as possible, please note the following:

• Outdoor Items: If you have a patio, kindly remove or cover any outdoor items (e.g., vehicles, umbrellas, patio furniture) to protect them from roofing debris.
• Windows and Doors: Keep all windows and doors closed during the project.
• Cleanliness: Common areas used during this project will be cleaned at the end of each workday. A final cleanup will occur once the project is complete.
• Noise and Foot Traffic: Expect foot traffic on roofs and noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Antis will not be working on holidays.

Please note: It is not necessary for you to be home during this project.
