COSCO Fire Protection will be onsite to conduct the mandatory Annual Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Inspection, as required by California NFPA Title 72 and Title 25 of the State Fire Marshal’s Code. The inspections are scheduled for Wednesday, May 14 & Thursday, May 15 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Unit Schedule:

Buildings 7–10: May 14, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Buildings 5–6: May 14, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Buildings 1 & 11–13: May 15, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Buildings 2–4: May 15, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

It is mandatory that someone is present during your scheduled inspection window to allow access to your unit. We are providing this notice well in advance so you have time to make arrangements, if needed. If you are unavailable, please coordinate with a trusted neighbor, friend, or family member to be present and provide access on your behalf. Notices will be posted on every unit door and garage door.

Please be aware that fire alarm bells will sound intermittently during the inspection. COSCO will also be inspecting garage sprinklers for damage, leaks, corrosion, or painted heads.

Units that are not made accessible will incur a return visit fee of $130/hour (3-hour minimum).
